Namita graduated from Sardar Patel University in India with a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy in 2019.
She believes that the most important aspect of rehabilitation is good communication between the client and the physiotherapist. Helping people understand what they are dealing with allows clients to more effectively manage their injury and ultimately make faster progress.
She is passionate about educating and enabling her clients to manage their pain and functional limitations on a long term basis. She finds joy in helping clients reach their fullest potential; after all, nobody should have to accept living their lives in pain!
Namita has completed multiple specialty courses including IMS (dry needling), Vestibular rehab, Myofascial release, Soft tissue release, Muscle energy techniques, and Joint mobilization techniques.
