Kerrin Baxter, RMT

Kerrin has been practicing as an RMT since 2011 and enjoys helping her patients on their health journey. Whether it involves an acute/chronic injury, she will utilize therapeutic or relaxation techniques including myofascial release, deep petrissage, IASTM/scraping, pin and stretch, and joint mobilizations to relieve muscle hypertonicity and promote balance in muscle strength and mobility. She also provides stretching and strengthening exercises to help her patients feel better and get back on track.

Kerrin has experienced various injuries and undergone 4 ACL reconstruction surgeries in her knees. These, and other injuries, have taught her the importance and efficacy of completing the proper rehabilitation programs in order to return to an active, healthy lifestyle. Through her training and rehab, Kerrin has been able to return to her regular fitness routines including strength training, running, spinning, and non contact sports.

Kerrin has particular interest and experience treating multiple areas of the body, including neck, shoulder, low back, and leg pain (particularly knees of course!). She also enjoys treating pre and postpartum, and has faced many of the postpartum challenges herself including the instability and imbalances that the postpartum phase brings.

Outside of work and business, Kerrin enjoys spending time with her family and friends, exercising, playing tennis, and chasing after her twin toddlers.
